Eligibility Criteria

  • Nationality: Must be an Indian citizen
  • Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university
  • Age Limit:
    • General (Male): 20–37 years
    • OBC/BC (Male & Female): up to 40 years
    • General (Female): up to 40 years
    • SC/ST (Male & Female): up to 42 years

Exam Pattern

  1. Prelims (Objective, Qualifying): 1 paper of General Studies (150 marks, 2 hours)
  2. Mains (Written, Descriptive):
    • General Hindi (Qualifying)
    • General Studies Paper I & II
    • Optional Subject (selected by candidate)
  3. Interview: 120 marks

Post Approx. Monthly Salary
Deputy Collector (BAS) ₹53,100 – ₹1,67,800
Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) ₹61,500 – ₹72,000+
Other Class-II Officers ₹61,500 – ₹70,000+
